VonBurg’s deep knowledge in AI, machine learning and the systems driving organizations coupled with an understanding of customers’ business drivers give him strategic insights to navigate customers successfully through their digital transformation journeys. Since 2012, he has held several customer-engaging roles at ABBYY and most recently served as VP of Customer Success and Director of Professional Services. He has a B.S. in Computer Science from Coleman College and resides in San Diego, California.
