ABBYY Q3 2018 Highlights Show Growing Interest for Content Intelligence

The growing need for organizations to gain artificial intelligence from their processes and use of robotic process automation (RPA) drove third quarter 2018 corporate highlights for ABBYY®, a global provider of content intelligence solutions and services. During the quarter, ABBYY made major product enhancements, formed strategic partnerships with RPA vendors, and appointed key executives in the US and Europe to drive market penetration. Major analyst firms included ABBYY in market reports while ABBYY also developed resources to educate the market on the importance of content intelligence, its complement to RPA and relation to GDPR compliance challenges, and company success stories. On September 27, ABBYY launched ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 Release 2. Generational Divide as Millennials Look to Avoid Human Interaction
This quarter, ABBYY released the findings of the new research study commissioned in the UK. 1,200 employees in the UK found that 17% of 18-34 year-olds hate speaking to customers, yet only 4% of over 55s felt the same.
